Role Summary
Do you want to take part in coordinating the changes and content in the product structure for the bus product portfolio? As a Product Coordinator for bus (TGRMMBB), you will be responsible for managing changes and content in our modular system, focusing on our product structure. You will coordinate and implement changes, work closely with cross-functional teams, and support the development and maintenance of both Scania 's and TRATON 's Modular System (TMS).
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement changes in the product structure.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new products.
Support the development and maintenance of both Scania 's and TRATON 's Modular System (TMS).
Explore issues or needs, establishing potential causes and barriers as well as related issues.
Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems.
Support a culture of innovation by contributing to solutions that boost creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
Who You Are
You probably have an academic degree with a focus on technology or work experience that corresponds to this. You need to be quality driven and structured in your work and have the capability to see and understand the big picture as well as work with the details in a quality oriented way. Strategic thinking and the will to work with our future needs is meritorious.
As a person you should be communicative, support-oriented, self-driven and thrive in a team environment. You should have a curious mind and interest in our products, willing to understand what we build and how since product knowledge is one key to success. You should feel comfortable to work in English and preferably Swedish as well.
It is a great advantage if you have previous experience working as product coordinator or production preparation and meritious if you have worked as a designer, object leader or similar and are familiar with using our product structures and change order flow.
