Fractal Design is looking for a Product Content Manager for our headquarters in Gothenburg.
Do you love gaming and hardware as much as we do?
We are a leading PC gaming hardware manufacturer with offices in Sweden, USA and Taiwan supplying 45 countries with computer cases, power supplies and accessories. As our company is growing, we are now looking for one kick-ass Product Content Manager to team up with our global marketing department.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it
Your primary goal will be to continually facilitate, enhance and manage our product content, while making sure we come across clear and consistent in all channels (like websites, apps and retailers). As part of our media team, you will also administer and publish A+ content at Amazon and Newegg (among others).
Other responsibilities will include:
• Working with Product Development and Supply Chain Management to keep Product Information up to date as well as optimizing and refining content as needed.
• Administering product information and A+ content used by retailers and marketplaces - fine-tuning the content individually for each country and channel.
• Managing and coordinating translations of PID content.
The story of your life
While we don't claim to know everything about you (yet), we do have some ideas. You've probably worked as a webmaster or content administrator in a similar role - bonus points for any experience with search engine optimization. Your English is excellent and you're as comfortable writing as you are with revisions. You're no stranger to concepts like brand identity and content performance, and you certainly don't need Google to tell you what KPI stands for.
To thrive in the Fractal family we believe that you have a genuine (fine, nerdy) passion for technology and hardware, as well as a keen eye for what works (and what doesn't) when it comes to design. You're structured, accountable and happy to multitask. You also have the communicative skills needed to lay a strong foundation for excellent cross-culture teamwork.
