The role
As a Product as a Service Manager at Idun, you will play an important role in further developing Idun. Idun is DUNI group new circular brand.
You will work to describe and lay out workflows as well as getting them to work in practice. You will work in a high-paced and fast-changing environment, where conditions change all the time. Therefore, you need to adapt to an agile way of working.
Being part of a small team in a developing business area also means we all help with the tasks at hand. Everything from practical tasks as a pilot or test to planning and developing the next version of our system.
You'll play a pivotal role in onboarding customers, executing product/service solutions, managing pilots and tests, providing operational insights to the Idun team, and working with operational-oriented projects. If you're passionate about making a sustainable impact and thrive in detail-oriented, operational tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
You will be part of a small, yet high performing team but much of the work is done independently and you need to have a high level of self-management. The position is based at our HQ in Malmö, we offer a flexible/hybrid way of working. You will spend many days traveling, mainly around Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
Who are you?
You have experience working with product and service systems, preferably within the HORECA industry. It's possible you've held positions as an operational or test manager before in your career and you get enjoyment and energy from operational tasks. Your extensive business understanding enables you to grasp the bigger picture of your work. You approach tasks with big engagement and commitment as well as high drive and independence.
In addition, we hope you:
• Have an education in Business or Engineering
• Are familiar with agile/scrum methodologies and prior experience in an agile setting.
• Are proficient in professional English.
• Speaking another Scandinavian language, this is not a requirement but nice to have.
You have a structured and detail-oriented approach, coupled with strong analytical skills. You enjoy customer interactions where you showcase your service-oriented mindset. The topic of circularity excites you, and you're eager to deepen your knowledge in this area.
