hela Sverige Our journey started with companion experiences and is now taking us to brand new places. We wish we could tell you more, but on our continued journey, we need a highly motivated back-end engineer to join our teams. Creating experiences for players of Battlefield, Star Wars? Battlefront and other EA titles, our projects have grown both in number of users and developers over the last couple of years. Looking ahead, we are in need of an experienced Producer to lead a team in creating and running a brand new player experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Champion the vision of the product which respects the creative director's vision and be accountable for the quality targets and the results achieved.
Provide clear context to the team for how the features fit into the larger game, how they fit into the market place, and how it serves and delights our fans.
Help team prioritize highest business value features and set quality targets.
Be the Voice of the players for the area of ownership, articulate clearly their expectations to the team and provide actionable items.
Cultivate a strong development organization: grow talent, make timely decisions, inspire and create a motivating workplace.
Represent product in both internal and external communications. This includes delivering strong presentations and taking responsibility for internal reviews with key organizational stakeholder's partner companies, and handling external interviews with the media.
Support the Studio leadership and contribute to strategic short and long term planning and decision making for the overall game.
Required
Candidates are expected to possess +3 years of experience as a Producer within the web, mobile and/or video game industry.
Experience leading, motivating and driving teams to success; an ability to know what types of products/features will sell and what won't sell and be able to assess the feasibility of producing a new products/features.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; assertive and outstanding team player; high level of emotional intelligence.
Up-to-date with the current state of and the trends of the game industry.
Desired
Strong handle on established and emerging online business models, and a passion for gaming and building games.
Experience with UI development - spanning from web to companion apps and games.
Web engineering experience and web development and publishing workflows.
