But you have a knack for choosing the smartest route, and you know when it's time to declare success or failure. You make sure to balance meaningful innovation with executing best practices.Examples of responsibilitiesEstablish and execute on the product roadmap and goalsProcess: Facilitation of day-to-day, establish and improve way of workingEnsure team productivity and focusProviding transparency on project status and risks to stakeholdersPublisher communicationsResource plans and hiringProject budgetIt would be awesome if you have some of theseExtensive experience from Producer/Project Manager roles and at least some of that experience in the games industryExtensive experience from agile development methods in a cross-functional team environment, preferably from a variation of settingsProject management skills including budget, schedule, resource planning and risk analysisExperience from successfully completing and shipping customer-facing productsExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenOrganised, detail oriented and self-motivatedPragmatic mindset and ability to motivate individuals and teamsF2P and/or AAA games knowledge
