Our Purchasing Department, within division Crushing and Screening in Svedala, is responsible for providing global strategies and processes to enable efficiency, profitability and increasing business value in both direct and indirect purchasing. Bringing your drive and motivational skills into the equation, you are a key player in leading us towards success.
Your mission
As Procurement Manager, you are overall responsible for our procurement work. By a strong commitment to the area, you drive and implement improvements in processes, and ensure alignment with the needs and objectives of our business. Being an active collaborator, you maintain great relations with other departments - such as Inventory Management, Sourcing and Production - and you proactively engage with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver improvement initiatives focused on availability and inventory reductions. All in all, you inspire our team to world-class delivery in procurement operations, and you ensure successful future development together with our suppliers.
Some business travel is included in this position.
Your character
We are looking for someone with a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or with equivalent experience and competence gained from a working career. You have at least three years' experience from purchasing and supply chain management, and we consider experience from strategic purchasing as an advantage. Being able to drive and implement improvements in our processes and ways of working are keys to success in this position. You also effortlessly navigate in different business systems, where skills in M3, S21 and Voyager are especially valuable. As we operate in a truly global organization, you communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Driving improvements and making things happen are natural parts of your character, and you enjoy leading the way.
