P&IT Global Retail Development is a diverse team of engaged IT professionals with a passion for new technology and the responsibility to manage and deliver a right-sized, future ready portfolio of solutions for the success of our dealers and customers.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Process and IT Manager who will help drive the strategic and tactical development of the Portals portfolio. We have exciting challenges to solve in this area including developing a portal for our electric range of construction machines, creating a future ready learning management system, and revolutionizing the way we work with our dealers.
In this role, you will manage the evolution of the Portals portfolio to deliver processes and solutions which support strategic objectives and meet business needs. You will support the runtime and one-time deliveries for applications in the portfolio and ensure resource planning, from both a competency and capacity perspective.
To be successful in this role, you will need to create an effective daily collabration with Business stakeholders, P&IT team members, Volvo Group IT resources, and external partners.

WHO ARE YOU?
You have an IT background, possess experience managing and developing IT solutions, and understand how to effectively use technology to evolve the business.
Experience in project and change management is important as well as the ability to see the business and IT landscape holistically and to understand process and solution dependencies and interfaces.
You are open-minded, positive, creative, fond of technology, and have a "make it happen", "learn on the fly" attitude. You can take decisions quickly and enjoy solving problems and collaborating with your network to deliver high quality solutions. You have a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve.
You are not afraid of failure. You have failed, overcome difficulties, and learned from mistakes.
Finally, the position is based in Eskilstuna, Sweden. You either live in the vicinity or else are willing to relocate.
