• Define Process roadmap, continuous improvements of process(es) including implementation
• Process adherence monitoring/governance
• Stakeholder management
• Support colleagues in education and information sharing sessions, lead training sessions to establish common ways of working; Promote and sharing best practices that sustain business process
• Work in multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment across Swedbank Group and different teams
What is needed in this role:
• You know the difference between processes and ways of working and will lead the operational work towards process orientation.
• We think you have documented experience in driving and implementing requirements.
• You have a strong ability to learn by doing. A structured person who likes working with detailed requirement/regulations and still is capable to drive comprehensive implementation projects. In addition, you will persistently and consistently follow up and monitor processes.
• Relevant academic degree.
• Experience in process modelling and guidance in process orientation and steering.
• Experience in SAFe and Devops.
• Comprehensive experience from process improvement, business optimization and project management in a more complex environment.
• Good social skills, collaboration, and networking skills.
• Fluency in written and oral English.
