Process Expert Customer to Cash (C2C)
Quote and Order book Management
The Process Expert is responsible for process design and scenarios within a sub processes and works in close contact with the Business Transformation Managers/Specialists to capture business demands. The Process Expert translates business requirements into a standard processes, as a part of the entire SKF process model. This translation covers all platforms of SKF, as well as all E2E sub processes, regional aspects and organizations.
Key tasks
• To be the owner of process design in one or more business scenarios Quote and Order Book Management.
• To participate in other UNITE Programme activities as required (scope definition, update roadmap, detailing of Target Operating Model, Business case).
• To be responsible for identifying the impact of the business requirements on current sub process(es) considering the to-be perspective and the overall process harmonization goal.
• To build and maintain a close contact to the Business Transformation Managers/Specialists.
• To work closely with all process streams to ensure full cross stream integration.
• To manage change and challenge ?As-Is? mindset.
• To ensure the organization?s ?To-Be? vision with the ERP system and verify that the business objectives are met without jeopardizing the overall goal ?standardization?.
• To safeguard link to existing organization and process teams.
• To provide analysis and documentation of the current business processes.
• To develop and perform integration tests and support in user acceptance testing.
• To support the implementation of the new processes in the local units.
Requirement
• In-depth knowledge of and experience in the SKF processes within Quote and Order Book management.
• Good business network in the business organization.
• Good business focus and business process understanding.
• Advanced user of our current systems, such as COH, DOH, ICSS, etc. Also interfacing of our systems through e.g. EDI, WCL, TecCom, etc.
• Preferably also experience from SAP.
Personal profile
• Excellent analytic skills.
• Persistent and self-driven.
• An enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative approach.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from different cultures, disciplines and personalities.
• Ability to work in a complex change management environment handling the uncertainty and challenges this includes.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
