Process Champion Community Lead
As the process Champion community lead your role is to build, develop and maintain a global community of process champions. The aim for the community is to ensure strong knowledge and capability transfer between process champions in similar process areas across geographies and to have a positive and living virtual environment where lessons learned and supporting of colleagues in various topics become natural. As the lead of the community you will act as the "spider in the web".
Responsibility
Collate & Plan Process Champion resource requirements and geographical cover aligned to deployment roll out ? for LIT briefing
Work with Local Implementation Team project leader to identify suitable prospects
Develop and manage skills development program in coordination with local LIT teams, SKF College and global process experts
Through the LIT project leader, secure and mobilise Process Champions; ensuring required skills are developed. Provide a route for the LIT to escalate resource issues.
Facilitate resource allocation across LIT teams to enable deployment and manage demand Hot Spots
Agree and facilitate the return of resources to ?business as usual? including integration into the Business Excellence community.
Liaise with Business Managers and LIT project leads to ensure Process Champions are released from daily duties, and enabled in their process role within the Business
Coordinate and enable 2-way communications and support the establishment of an active Process Champion Community as a legacy for the Business Excellence.
Ensure accurate version control and distribution of program materials, briefings and communications content.
Enable a SMART approach for deployment ? actively planning & promoting knowledge sharing and buddying between deployment cluster teams and sites.
Coordinate Sweepback activities in collaboration with solution & Deployment Team
Your profile
Strong understanding of SKF Operations, culture and ways of working, as well as for how to make things happen in the SKF context
Broad SKF network in different parts of the organisation, preferably internationally / world-wide
Strong collaboration and engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including top management, line management and frontline.
Leadership skills: ability to create vision, set direction, provide coaching and guidance and, through direct or in-direct leadership, influence others to achieve results
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Energy, drive and self-motivation
Experience with large projects and / or managing for significant Change
Strong project management skills
Experienced in managing sensitive and potentially confidential situations
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and experience to work with people from different cultures, disciplines and personalities.
The role will report to the Head of Value Realization of the UNITE Programme, Group Business Transformation.
