The Business Unit Energy is part of the Tube Division within Alleima, a world-leading producer and supplier of specialized tubular products in key market segments such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, and Renewable energy.

Your Role
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving business growth and maximizing organizational success?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Unit President to lead our operations This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future of our company.
The core responsibilities for this role are:
Develop and drive a safety-first culture.
Develop and execute the Business Unit's strategic plans, aligning them with overall company objectives. Drive the growth and profitability of the Business Unit while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and team success.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the Business Unit. Implement measures to optimize profitability, manage costs, and drive sustainable growth.
About You
We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Business Unit President to join our multinational company. If you have a proven track record of leadership excellence and a passion for driving business success, then this role is made for you. As a Business Unit President, you will have the chance to showcase your exceptional skills and make a significant impact on our organization.
Your strategic mindset and ability to think critically will be crucial in analyzing market trends and developing innovative business strategies.
Proven experience in leadership roles within the industrial sector - preferably in the energy and/or the specialty metals sectors
Strong understanding of energy markets, technologies, and regulatory environments
Strong track record of achieving business objectives, driving revenue and profit growth, as well as improving operational efficiency
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative business strategies
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, other relevant area or relevant work experience

You stand out with your engaging and coaching leadership style, combined with a result-oriented approach. Your communication skills will help you engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
We believe that effective communication is crucial, so fluency in both written and verbal English is a must.
As the President of Business Unit Energy, you act in close collaboration with other BU Presidents within the Tube Division and are an active member of the Division Management team. You report directly to the President Tube Division within Alleima.
