Do you want to work in the graphic industry at our factory in Sunne?
Tetra Pak Packaging Material Sunne AB manufactures packaging materials for Tetra Rex, a packaging for liquid foods. Our production consists of converting plastic-coated paperboard into packaging through three operating steps; lamination, printing / punching and edge sealing. We are about 290 employees, of which 40 people work at our unit in Skoghall. We prioritize safety first and constantly work on continuous improvements throughout the business in accordance with WCM - World Class Manufacturing.
We are looking for a Pre-Press Technician responsible for that our design files are accurate and ready for the next steps of our pre-press production. Work also includes maintenance, follow-ups, deviation analysis and daily management in relations to the pre-press production.
What you will do:
As Pre-Press Technician, you will:
• Handle daily preparation and checking of our design files.
• Ensure that the files are ready and send further to Pre-Press production.
• Maintaining and developing our follow-up systems and following up and analyzing our process parameters.
• Also helping to plan service and maintenance of the department's equipment performed by both internal and external personnel.
• Therefor also participating in the daily management of prepress production and participating in deviation analysis.
This is a permanent position based in Sunne, Sweden.
You will be part of a small team reporting to the AM Leader Pre-Press also based in Sunne.

You are a responsible person handling work with care and structured seeking continuous improvements. You have a positive attitude and a natural self-drive. You easily collaborate and motivate others in order to create a good work climate. We see that you like changes and has an easy time adjusting/steering your work accordingly. Furthermore, you're able to communicate well and both internally and externally of your organization.
We believe you have:
• Relevant higher degree or diploma within graphic industry design.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Pre-Press technology.
• Previous experience from food-, manufacturing- or similar industry is meritorious.
• Knowledge of the ESKO programs AE, PackEdge and Plato; as well as the Office suite
• Technical understanding and likes to stay updated with latest pre-press software.
• Fluent English both written and verbally to speak with our different suppliers.
