hela Sverige We are looking for a wiring harness engineer that will be able to contribute to the design and packaging of wiring harness for engine projects. You will also interface other departments such as engine and vehicle in harness related issues.
Work Description
• Main task is design and packaging of the wiring harness and power cables meeting quality cost and time-plan requirements
• Design technical solutions, identify improvements, and propose new technical solutions
• Secure solutions for routing and installation
• Coordinate development activities with suppliers and other stakeholders (i.e. purchasing, manufacturing, quality and aftermarket)
• Identify and solve quality issues
• Contribute to the development of the group (tools, methods and process)

Profile
• University degree in electrical, mechatronic, mechanical engineering or similar with a few years of work experience
• Good communication skills, open and positive problem solving attitude
• Experience from the automotive business and wiring harness design is a merit
• As we are a truly global and diverse company, most of your meetings and emails will be in English, hence you need to be fluent in both speaking and writing in English, French is considered as a merit
