Aurobay is now looking for a Powertrain Strategist to drive the product and business strategy for Aurobay into the future. Working with a cross functional leadership throughout the whole organization and with our Chinese colleagues to develop future product strategies and developing new business opportunities.
The Powertrain Strategy is organized within in the Strategy & Planning department in Aurobay, Gothenburg. You will be a part of the team and report directly to Head of Strategy and Planning in Aurobay, located in Gothenburg.
Main tasks
As a Powertrain Strategist within Aurobay you will be part of a team responsible for, but not limited to
• Develop the corporate strategy.
• Responsible for the product portfolio & business strategies for Aurobay company globally.
• Align technology offers with business and customer needs.
• Align technology offers across powertrain portfolio with R&D.
• Conduct technology and competitor analysis.
• Manage and co-ordinate technology studies driving changes to the company's future plans.
• Lead studies and provide decisions for changes to our product plan.
• Creating/refining presentation material.
Qualifications and personality
• A University degree in Engineering or similar.
• Broad competence in Powertrain technologies with experience of product development and product strategies. Preferred within the automotive business.
• An experienced leader with previous experience from cross functional assignments & have previously worked in an international environment.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
To be successful in this position you need to be highly skilled in balancing technical needs with business impact and drive to decisions in an international environment. Having a holistic view and an ability grasp the bigger picture are key attributes as well as structured, good analytical skills, and being performance-driven.
Travelling might be required since we will be part of a global organization.
