What you will do
As a Digital&IT Portfolio Coordinator, you will play a critical role in overseeing our portfolio, including applications, products and initiatives, in support to a set of Business Organizations.
You will be responsible for ensuring data management and data quality across the portfolio while also serving as the owner of portfolio ways of working.
Additionally, you will lead the transformation of our portfolio ways of working to adopt a product portfolio management approach.
Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team and together with 4 other team members, you will be responsible for:
* Portfolio Coordination: Oversee the entire portfolio, including applications, products and initiatives.
* Portfolio Data Management and Quality: Implement and maintain robust data management practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the portfolio.
* Transformation to Product Portfolio Management: Contribute to the transformation of portfolio management practices towards a product-centric approach, fostering collaboration and innovation.
* Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new portfolio management processes and tools.
* Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track portfolio health, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate informed decision-making.
* Owner of Portfolio Ways of Working: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for portfolio management practices, driving adoption and continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, gather requirements, and communicate portfolio-related updates and decisions.

Bringing a collaborative mindset, you have proven experience in IT portfolio management, project management, or a related field. Your strong understanding of data management principles and data quality practices allows you to navigate complex information with ease. You're well-versed in portfolio management frameworks such as PMI, Agile, Lean, or SAFe and have a solid grasp of the Stable Team Framework, including its processes and tools like ServiceNow.
Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to lead change initiatives and drive organizational transformation. With an analytical mindset, you turn data into actionable insights, making a meaningful impact in this role.
