The position Kappahl is on an exciting journey with both business and technological development. We have a number of projects and assignments ongoing and upcoming and want to reinforce our Project Management Office (PMO) with a PMO Specialist. Our PMO is responsible to assure that the development is coherent with Kappahls strategy and corporate goals. The PMO coordinate the projects and assignments and is an important part of securing the maximum outcoming of all initiatives by coaching Project Managers and other project participants over the initiatives lifecycle, and ensures that they are conducted according to the project methodology.
• Planning and follow-up of the project and assignment portfolio, as well as preparation of decision material for advisory board & management team.
• Support and coordinate project managers, steering groups, and other project participants.
• Report status on ongoing projects and assignments regarding result, resources, cost, and time.
• Provide support and frameworks for project management.
• Maintain and develop our project model "Praktisk Projekt Styrning" (PPS) as well as other tools used in project- and assignment management.
• To organize training sessions and conduct training for all project participants.
• Communication in internal channels and platforms regarding projects and other general information from the IT Department.
Your experience You have an academic degree from a relevant area. Education or experience from business controlling are merited.
You have a couple of years of experience in project management, preferably PPS. Experience in working with a PMO is even better. Maybe you also have experience from educating colleges and teams in project methodology.
You are used to communicate in a clear and informative way with different teams and roles, both in Swedish and in English.
You understand the value of efficient processes and is used to work with continuous improvements.

The PMO Specialist will be part of a joyful team with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testleads and Process Responsible, and will report to Manger Business Office and Test/PMO Responsible who is part of the IT management.
