hela Sverige We are now looking for a PMO for Business Operations who will provide governance and project management support to the TCs Europe Head. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As PMO Business Operations you will research, analyze, strategize and provide insights on TCS operations in Europe. Also, you will contribute to the European Leadership to ensure it meets its targets and support the organizational strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across the business groups and horizontal team to create consolidated review reports
• Use internal CRM system to create governance report
• Create sales reports, insights and projections for Europe Leadership
• Support in creating content for key operations meeting for leaderships reviews
• Proactively engage with Senior Leadership of TCS Europe for reviews
• Coordinate Annual Business Planning across TCS Europe operations for Leadership review and presentations to the Board
ABOUT YOU
You have a BA or MBA relevant to the role and 8-10 years of experience within the area. You are proficient in MS applications and have excellent communication, writing, problem solving and stakeholder management skills. You are able to manage a range of project types and complex business initiatives and change programs. Further, you have a clear understanding of sales metrics and targets, you are comfortable with coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders across business units. Of course, you have excellent written and spoken English language skills.
