Our site in Stockholm is dealing with projects ranging from development to safety signalling with a focus on supplies control and signal system solutions, maintenance and complete traffic systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Implementation of the contract and delivery of the project to the customer, with a focus on time, budget and all the necessary criteria related to quality and performance;
• Responsible for the detailed project schedule, customer interface, Risk & Opportunity Management, Project Improvement Management, Budget allocation and monitoring;
• Leading the Core Team in order to meet the periodic financial targets;
• Defining and securing the support of the business partners and extended project team;
• Performing root cause analysis for improving the organizational performance.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Master or bachelor's degree in engineering / any equivalent degree or work experience;
• Background in the railway industry is desirable;
• Railway signalling knowledge is considered a plus;
• 3-5 years post graduate work experience in project management is desirable;
• Strong experience in leading projects;
• ERTMS Railway signalling requirement knowledge;
• Primavera experience is considered a plus;
• Financial knowledge and cash awareness are beneficial for the job;
• Fluent English and Swedish languages are mandatory.
