Alongside a continued active M&A agenda, our target is to accelerate the growth of our current brand portfolio, growing 7-10% CAGR over the next 3 years. To achieve this, we must serve consumers better than the competition and for Karo, this requires a transformation in how we build our brands, innovate and go to market.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Ensure product availability to meet marked demand with correct inventory levels at lowest possible cost,
Communicate towards suppliers and 3PL to ensure correct and on time deliveries and correct supply levels according to company KPI
Drive improvements and support to implement common processes and more efficient ways of working. This relates to systems, processes, masterdata handling, communication internal / external etc.
Inventory management, take actions to keep healthy inventory levels, following up on stock levels on a monthly basis
Master Data Management
Phase in / Phase out of new SKU
Scrapping handling
Participate in S&OP processes
Continuous reporting of out of stock situations or other risks related to supply
Handle transportation and inbound to 3PL
Phase in of new AW
Documentation management such as Coc / CoA
Serialisation management through Tracelink
Competencies:
Preferably an academic degree or the equivalent in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics / Engineering Minimum 5-10 years experience in working with supply planning in a complex environment, pharmaceutical and / or equally to FMCG with multiple sourcing sites and countries Experience from working with common IT tools (Microsoft Office) and ERP systems and planning tools. (IFS / VISMA / So99+)

Analytical minded
Advanced user of excel
Ability to work independently and proactively to drive improvement and development
Can do attitude that cope well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Excellent spoken and written Swedish, English
