hela Sverige Rekryteringsgruppen i Stockholm AB is currently looking for a Planning analyst to LG Electronics Nordic in Kista, Stockholm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Nordic Service Department as a Customer Service (CS) Planning Analyst. Our CS Planning analyst is responsible for providing a whole spectrum of aftersales support to various stakeholders both internally and externally. As a CS Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in monitoring and analyzing Service cost and operation, supporting the service planning process.
Your Role and Responsibilities
• Gain a clear and complete understanding of the Nordic Customer Service operations from all available data sources, working with other Service teams, across all business units, Accounting, Planning and external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial and quantitative analyses from Customer Service operations to support decision making process.
• Collaborate with Service Operations to gather operational and financial information, including but not limited to operation cost, productivity, and other business updates, to provide periodic key operational index update.
• Coordinate the development of budgets for organization by providing information and assisting staff and administration in budget preparation, implementation and control.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc business reports for upper management as well as company headquarters and other subsidiaries.
• Month-end preparation for Service cost and forecasting.
• Build and develop best practice across the Customer Service with other subsidiaries.
• Summarize on-going business development / issues from management meeting and escalate internal communication with responsible department / management.
Skills, Education & Experience
• Previous experience in a similar role within a related business environment.
• Proven track record of data analysis, developing insight and financial background.
• Strong analytical and numerical skillset, able to make the complex simple.
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial, capable of working in a high pace environment.
• Good judgment - able to make practical and realistic decisions.
• Able to solve business and customer related issues.
• Be equally comfortable generating operational ideas and solutions and delivering and implementing action plans.
• Strong Excel skills, with detailed knowledge of V-lookup, pivot tables, basic formulas etc.
• Strong Power Point skills, having good abilities to prepare a presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English language.
• Fluent in Swedish language.
• Knowledge of Korean language is a plus however not necessary.
