You will play a key role in the development and supervision of our online campaigns across all our companies (eg Nelly.com, CDON.com, Gymgrossisten, Bodystore.com and NLYman.com) in total 11 countries.
The role will require everything from hands-on ads creation & optimization to budget and long term strategy recommendation. As an e-commerce player, we are true digital first and one of the biggest advertisers in the Nordic.
Responsibilities:
Develop and supervise existing and new user acquisition strategies.
Understand and benefit from synergies between different marketing channels.
Planning and optimization of the campaigns by working together with companies ' online teams.
Budget ownership, always recommending improvements and changes.
Drive innovation and lead implementation for new initiatives; eg A/B-tests, automation, and landing pages - from brainstorming to launched campaigns and post project analysis
Skills:
Deep experience (3+ years) from setting up and optimizing online campaigns, ideally with experience of managing enterprise accounts across many channels. Could be in one or many channels like; SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic display, Affiliate, Price Comparison etc.
Good communication skills, as you will be communicating with local teams in our subsidiaries daily.
Experience from online tracking (eg. Google analytics and Doubleclick)
You have experience from leading projects, and in getting things done in a larger organization where you have dependencies on others.
You have a strategic mind and like to work with large data sets. Excel is fun!
You need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to executing things yourself.
