hela Sverige BP/Castrol is world leading in lubricants and related products and in constant change to better meet customer needs. At present BP/Castrol (Nordic Lubricants) is employing a performance analyst to be part of the Nordic Performance team.
The performance team is part of the Nordic finance organization consisting of financial control, performance management, credit control and internal control. The Nordic region consists of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Job Description
We are now looking for one highly committed and energetic person for the position as Performance Analyst.
As a Performance Analyst your main responsibilities will include:
• Management reporting to the European head office and to the Nordic organization
• Profitability analysis (market/product/customer contribution analysis) - Target and forecast process
• Business planning
• Financial steering model
• Supply chain finance
• KPI follow-up
• Create and develop reports, process template and tools
• Create and develop material to management meetings
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business administration preferably within accounting and/or controlling. To be successful in this position you have a minimum of 3-5 years experience of business controlling, preferably from a large international company. You have excellent language skills in written and spoken English. Strong skills in MS Excel is required and preferably in business intelligence applications. To suit this position you are result oriented and business minded. You are a team player, used to assume responsibility, and to work proactively.
This position requires a trustworthy candidate with high integrity and a flexible mind. Excellent communications skills are also important for this role.
