We are now looking for a People Partner to join the People & Culture team in Stockholm.

How you will make an impact

As a People Partner you work closely with managers within your assigned organization (approximately 40-50 managers) and guide, advise and support them within the full employee life cycle. You combine strategic long term work with hands-on support. The Commercial Department will be the focus area and you will be their expert in all People/HR related matters including labour laws and regulations.

You will be partnering closely with key stakeholders in the organization as well as with your colleagues in the wider People & Culture team, in providing advisory to the business and setting long range plans to support our business objectives.

More specifically you will

• Advice and support managers in how to work strategically to maintain and improve high employee engagement and create high performing teams

• Advise and coach managers in their day-to-day operative staff responsibilities to ensure both legal compliance, employee well-being, engagement and performance

• Provide guidance in Performance & Development (incl. Job descriptions, titles, levels, compensation, career paths etc) and Succession Planning.

• Support managers in organizational development and change management

• Manage and resolve employee relations issues

• Onboard new managers with staff responsibility to set them up for success

• Analyze and present relevant people data to support leaders in taking informed decisions

• In collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders, develop and manage people programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance and to grow and develop our leaders

Who you are

We believe you are a collaborative person with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions. You have a passion for supporting and developing strong leadership to support employee performance, engagement and health and contribute to us accomplishing and meeting objectives.

We believe you are a promoter of constructive feedback and that you have an open and curious mindset, helping to create an inclusive workplace. You understand people and culture, and organizations well enough to instinctively know when and how to engage with other teams and functions. You are good at building strong partnerships with your colleagues and you have experience with, and enjoy working in, a cross-functional organization.

Experience

• You have held a similar role in fast paced organizations for at least 5+ yrs - You have been a partner to managers in build high performing teams, through supporting and driving performance, engagement and organizational change

• You have experience in coaching, and supporting managers and individual contributors in areas around people and culture

• You have a solid knowledge and experience from everything HR including Swedish labor law

• A background in organizational development or behavioral science is a plus

• Fluency in English is required
