We're now looking for an organized and service minded People Development Professional to join us at Sandvik Group - someone who's passionate about taking lead, creating structure and connecting with interesting people from all over the globe!

The job
Our Global Graduate Program - offering young professionals the opportunity to explore various parts of our operations for 18 months - is part of our scope and this is vital for us. We need young talents with fresh skillsets and new outlooks to continue staying ahead of the game and setting the industry standard. In this position, you have full responsibility for effectively planning and coordinating all activities connected to the program, and for ensuring efficient and professional ways of working. You're tasked with candidate recruiting and onboarding, and act as the main point of contact for all our applicants. Managing this program globally, takes strong collaboration with stakeholders worldwide, and you support our candidates in any questions or issues they might have. By handling travels, visa processing, bookings, accommodation and facilities, you give them the best conditions possible to both succeed and feel welcomed. Strategic program planning and taking part in development activities are also key responsibilities, as is managing program costs. In addition to the Global Graduate Program, you lead and plan alumni activities and take part in various HR-projects connected to the area of Learning and Development.

You're part of a global team, although this position is based in either Sandviken or Stockholm. Some travel is included, and you report to the Head of Learning and Development for Sandvik Group.

Your background and character
We're looking for an extrovert, independent and socially skilled organizer. You have experience from leading projects and working with administration, preferably within HR or connected to learning and development, and a relevant university degree is highly valuable. You're used to working in a global environment with cultural differences, and you enjoy being a presenter, attending exhibitions and training others. You're also familiar with personnel systems and administrative programs, such as Office 365, MS Project and SAP, and as we operate worldwide, you need to be fluent in English.

You have an open mind and the ability to connect and collaborate with all people, both inside and outside our decentralized organization. With a structured approach and good communication skills, you plan effectively, take lead and make sure people are on board. You have a doer's attitude and know when you need to focus on admin as opposed to hands-on activities to achieve the best results. With your passion for developing people, we truly think that you're made for this role!
