As a People Business Partner, you will support parts of our business on all operational HR-matters. Your main task is to coach and develop managers in your business functions, for them to succeed in their role and responsibility. Some of your key responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day support for managers and employees in operational HR matters, including all investigation and requirements for disciplinary matters, compensation issues and rehabilitation
• Act as a single point of contact for managers in your business functions
• Guide, coach and advice managers in employee development, performance, employee relations and HR-issues, in line with the company policy
• Trade Union negotiations
• Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees
• Be part of people development projects across the company

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent within HR or similar area
• Solid experience from working as a People Business Partner or similar HR-role, preferable from a matrix organisation with operational focus
• Experience handling HR-matters such as rehabilitation, disciplinary actions, negotiations with unions and people administration
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and experienced user of MS Office
• Ability to travel on a regular basis
