Tele2 are now looking for a highly motivated individual to join our payroll team to be able to continue to give high-quality service and support to our leaders and employees. You will together with your 5 colleagues in the team provide guidance and advise within the area. Are you ready to join our exciting journey to come?
Your responsibilities:
• Act as an expert within the field and answer questions from employees and stakeholders within our organisation.
• Review wages computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
• Compile payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, and deductions to be withheld from time sheets and other records
• Prepare computer input forms, enter data into computer files, or compute wages and deductions and posts to payroll record
• Record data concerning transfer of employees between departments
• Prorates expenses to be debited or credited to each department for cost accounting records
The position is located in Stockholm, Kista.
This is what you have...
• Experience from working as a payroll specialist
• Up-to-date knowledge within the field
• A positive mindset with high motivation and a great teamplayer
• You love working with salary and you are structured, well organized and detail oriented
• Good communication skills, both in speech and writing, in Swedish and English
Experience in our payroll system HR plus 8 or earlier instances of the system is a huge plus. We need your experience and bold ideas to continue delivering high quality salaries and keep challenging the processes that we have.
