SNS is looking for a dedicated Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team.
In this position you will own the payroll process of SNS Group, aiming for efficiency, accuracy and smooth operations. Besides the payroll process and payroll related work tasks, you will work with various tasks and administration connected to the HR Department. The position is a full time position, initially during one year to cover a maternity leave. You will work at SNS HQ located at Södermalm, and report to Head of HR.
Main responsibilities
• Owns and performs the payroll process of SNS Sweden
• Being the main point of contact with our global payroll partners
• Owning time management system, and supporting Head of HR and other internal parties with relevant reporting of salaries, working hours, and other relevant salary and HR- data
• Continuously developing and refine the payroll process for efficiency and accuracy
• Supporting Head of HR with administrative tasks, as well as global projects, such as setting up employee handbooks, policies, and etc
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience of a similar position
• Post secondary education within payroll administration
• In depth knowledge about the payroll process, and the Swedish rules and legislation connected to this
• Experience of working globally
• Fluency in English, additional language skills is a plus
• Knowledge of google docs, and Hogia +, experience of Planday is a plus
