Great, then we could have a match! We are looking for a Payment Specialist in the Monetisation team in Stockholm. If you believe you have what it takes - we are waiting for your application!
The journey ahead
As a Payment Specialist you will have a vital role in the expansion of the Viaplay service to new countries as well as optimising the payment setup for existing markets. You will report to and be working closely with VP Monetisation platforms as well as collaborate with many different teams in the company to make sure that Viaplay supports the most popular payment methods in each regions and at the same time are compliant to regulatory requirements.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
• Identify and most popular recurrent online payment methods for new countries
• Keeping track on new trends and technology within the Payments area
• Directing and coordinating projects for expansion into new countries and technical integration for new payment methods
• Working with ensuring the level of compliance for Payment solutions globally, including PCI requirements for card payments
• Facilitate workshops together with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep track and monitor payment KPIs such as the success rate of payments, billing related churn etc.
• Support finance department for financial reporting
• Have contact with internal stake holders to understand their needs and how we as a team can support them in the best possible way
What we are looking for
We believe that you are currently working within the payment industry or with a service where recurrent billing of subscriptions in central. You are a self-motivated and solution-oriented person who likes to explore new areas as well as improvements in existing processes. You like to collaborate with both internal stakeholders as well as vendors to find solutions.
Ideal candidates also meet the following requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with recurrent payments
• Experience of PCI DSS or other corresponding payment security protocols
• Experience with technical modelling and documentation
• Experience of different payment service providers and payment methods
• Ability to communicate about solutions and possible issues on a both conceptual and a technical level
• Professional-level language skills in English
• Skilled analytical and problem-solving skills
