Role Summary:Essential responsibilities for this role will be to control, analyze and support the GE Renewables assigned Services business related to warehouse, physical inventory, customer and supplier performance.Essential Responsibilities:Overall Controllership of Physical Inventory and EHS Compliance, ensure that all material is accounted for in ERP(Oracle) system. No material leaves warehouse unless signed for by internal customer or shipped out with packing list. All material on packing lists out with clear identification to part number, quantity, where used, who is using, date, comments.Documentation of all incoming receipts (SO and PO) and returns, record retention, investigation of inventory discrepancies, managing replenishments. Work closely with the Global Inventory & Planning Leader to ensure weekly replenishment of required stock items when compared to Planned inventory levels.Detailed tracking of dispositions of material IN and OUT of warehouse.Track details to Warranty, External, Maintenance, Retrofit use, etc.Respond to Customer requests for Parts Identification, work with Inventory and Fulfillment teams to provide detail to answer customer in swift manner.Ensure full resolution to customer requests by closing with Sweden GE Leadership team or Inventory and Fulfillment teams Metrics: Develop and maintain weekly metrics on lines received, lines shipped, weekly inventory reports, EHS near misses CR's and Incidents related to warehouse, parts and logistics.Part Identification in cooperation with Tech Ops and Field TechniciansVan inventory sub locators, coordinate van inventory counts Shuttle and arrange deliveries of emergency to sites as requiredAssist FTs and Tech Ops with parts when neededCoordinate and develop maintenance kit per wind farm as required with the assistance of Tech Ops and FTsQualifications/Requirements:University degree or Equivalent work experienceExperience from warehouse and logistics servicesExperience of inventory and sourcing processTechnical skills: MS office, MS Project, SAP and Oracle Excellent Swedish and English in writing and speakingDesired Characteristics:Self drivenExcellent in working in close collaboration with colleagues across different functions.Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work with multiple tasks, plan and execute your daily work within set time frames
