Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
The tasks of the secretary would include:
• Secretary to the Ambassador
• Switchboard operator
• Administrative work such as attending incoming telephone calls, answering queries etc.
• Translation of articles and documents from Swedish to English
• Liaison with various organisations, enterprises and the Swedish Government offices
• Assistance in organisation of delegations and events
• Contribution in other miscellaneous tasks as and when required
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, work experience, good IT-skills and must be fluent in English and Swedish. Previous experience in similar work is desirable. The candidate should also be outgoing, flexible and be prepared to work in a multicultural environment.
The starting net monthly salary would be SEK 18,500:- (before taxes). The Embassy would pay for the social security contribution of the employee (arbetsgivaravgift) directly to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). The income tax would however be paid by the employee himself/herself directly to the Tax Agency.
