Job Description
Expect a varied workload where no day is the same. Much of the role involves ensuring seamless collaboration between different production units and departments for successful development across our units in EMEA. You serve as a resource for colleagues, utilizing your experience to coach, support, and challenge both internal and external personnel in their respective projects. Approximately 30 travel days per year are included in the position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead efforts to optimize site processes, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
Responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize site processes, minimize waste, and elevate overall productivity.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll identify improvement opportunities, establish best practices, and promote a culture of continuous enhancement.
About you
We're looking for you who has a proven experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting, ideally in an international company. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience is valuable.
We believe that your personal qualities are analytical, communicative, and driven with a natural ability to bring your team together!
Six Sigma or Lean certification and fluent speaking, reading, and writing in Swedish and English is a requirement for the position.
