Do you want to be part of an international market leading company? We have a great opportunity for an experienced order and export specialist to the Order Desk. This position reports to the Head of Export Sales and is based in Tumba, Stockholm.
Publiceringsdatum2013-01-30Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Member of the Order Desk at DeLaval you will be part of a team that works in the area of Export Service.
You are responsible for:
• Service and inform local sales organisations, dealers and other external customers regarding orders, order status and shipping
• Provide correct information on time to the accounting department
• Correct shipping documents in accordance with rules and regulations
• Follow up and comply with existing Trade Compliance regulations
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have finished secondary school and have at least 5 years relevant experience of Letters of Credits and good knowledge in logistics. You have basic knowledge in accounting and Trade Compliance and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience of SAP is a merit as well as knowledge in Spanish.
Since the job includes a lot of contact with both internal and external people, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The job requires ability to prioritize and to work on projects cross-functionally in an international environment. You are also flexible and have great problem solving skills.
