Your role and responsibilities
ABB's Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control, and measurement solutions-enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from the substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect, and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and safety for both equipment and personnel.
As an Order Management Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers and business partners within ABB Electrification in Sweden. Your mission is to ensure customers receive the best possible experience when doing business with us, by assisting and supporting them from order registration to invoicing and ensuring all their inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
You will mainly be responsible for:
You will report to the Swedish Customer Operations Manager and leverage your customer service skills and knowledge to support the Swedish Sales team in handling customer inquiries.
Deliver effective solutions to customers with order-related inquiries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve requests.
Proactively monitor the status of orders, deliveries, and invoicing processes.
Ensure clear, continuous, and complete communication with customers.
Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner and support necessary escalations and expediting.
Provide a positive customer experience by offering regular updates, clarifications, and explanations.
Master Customer Operations processes and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in all our deliverables.
Think outside the box, identify areas for improvement, and explore new service development opportunities.
Qualifications for the role
2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations/Customer Services, focusing on order handling, customer communication, and delivery monitoring.
An agile and proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership of customer issues.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong self-management skills.
Experience in coordinating, engaging, and collaborating with other functions within ABB.
Strong knowledge of SAP and experience in evaluating and improving electronic order flows.
Experience with Sales Force is a plus but not mandatory.
Fluency in both Swedish and English.
