Consisting mostly of BAe ATP, the operated fleet also includes CRJ-200, B737 and B767.
Customer activity is divided approximately 50% by serving the Integrated Express parcel carries such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, ChronoPost and 50% in the service of National Mail organisations such as Posten Norway, Chronopost and Royal Mail.

Role Summary
The Operation Support Officer will be assisting the Flight Operations department with various operational and in-office matters. This will range from day to day business to bigger project work.
Responsibilities
The Operations Support Officer is responsible to the NP FO and the main duties/responsibilities are:
• Maintain EFB databases to ensure the required data is up to date, and cover the flying programmes in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain close co-operation with Chief pilots on Navigation Documentation and EFB matters.
• Together with Chief pilots, conduct a detailed technical analysis of new destination, alternate and en-route alternate airports for future West Atlantic use and review airports at the required intervals.
• Own and maintain the Pilot manual.
• Validate, distribute and monitor EFB updates at each AIRAC Cycle.
• Assist Chief pilots with the design of load sheets & load forms including index sheets.
• Create, update and distribute weekly newsletter (FOI).
• To assist in any matters arising in the Crew planning department.
• To assist in any matters arising within the Flight Operations Department.
Academic/Educational Requirements
• Preferably holding a flight crew license (PPL or similar)
• Good administrative skills
Preferred Skills/Experience/knowledge:
• Some knowledge and/or experience in aeronautical business
• Basic understanding of aircraft operation
• Analytical mind with great attention to detail
• Organized and able to prioritize and multitask
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Computer and IT literate
