Power Quality (formerly known as FACTS) technology enables power systems owners to increase the capacity of their existing power systems while improving electrical stability at the same time. The result is that more electrical power can reach consumers with minimal environment impact after shorter project times and at lower investment costs. This pioneering technology is developed at the Grid & Power Quality Solutions unit in Västerås at our Global Centre of Competence and delivered to customers worldwide.
As Operations Purchase Planner you will be responsible for the coordination between different areas (Engineering, SCM and PM) and for the timely entry of the Purchase Requisitions into the SAP system to assure the purchase process will be on-time and on-quality.

Your responsibilities
Data entry of the Purchase Requisition into the new SAP system
Receive the Purchase Requisition information from different stakeholders (mostly the Engineering team) and entry this information into SAP, on time and on quality
Communicate all relevant stakeholders about the activities, status and progress
Reporting of the job done during certain period of time upon request
You have continuous improvement mindset to make this process as good as possible in terms of quality, speed and stakeholders satisfaction

Your background
You have good communication skills and ability to expresses opinions, information and key points clearly
You respond quickly to the needs of the stakeholders, to their reactions and feedback
You are familiar with computers systems, such as Excel/MS Office/Outlook
Previous knowledge of ERP/SAP system will be highly appreciated
Previous experience with Supply/Procurement or similar project activities will be highly appreciated
Flexibility and openness to perform different tasks which might be required to improve the newly created process
