http://se.fujitsu.comSDDC in Gothenburg is a part of the Swedish service delivery organization within the Customer Services. SDDC provides IT support 24x7, e.g. Service Desk, User Administration and on-site support. The 2 service desks are a Single point of contact (SPOC) for all approx. 30.000 VCC users globally. This includes 11 manufacturing plants in Sweden, one in Belgium and National Sales Companies in 36 countries. Other functions that are included in the SDDC delivery is application packaging and Global Dealer Support. All in all we are approx. 70 people involved in the SDDC deliveries.
We are now seeking an Operations Manager as Head of the SDDC organisation.
Key accountabilities
• Translates business/function goals into specific objectives for the organization and drives execution through personal ownership and clearly defined accountabilities.
• Ensures that targets are consistently achieved and takes prompt corrective action to address performance gaps.
• Inspires the team of Team Leaders to strive for continuous performance improvement by constantly challenging the status quo and by fostering an environment of risk taking, quality, responsibility and innovation.
Customer focus
• Builds a customer centric organization in terms of structures, processes and mind-set that delivers best-in-class customer experience.
• Personally builds relationships with customers at all levels of VCC to understand their needs and to position Fujitsu as trusted advisor.
Talent & Organizational Development
• Creates a working environment of trust and respect where excellent performance is rewarded and builds the basis for career progression.
• Drives collaboration within organization and across organizational boundaries
• Takes personal ownership in developing Fujitsu leadership capability by coaching Team Leaders and their team members, identifying talents and enabling talent mobility to maximize individuals' opportunities to build experience and skills for future roles.

Required Skills & Experience
• Deep understanding of modern IT support and delivery operating model
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Passion to give world-class service to Fujitsu's customers
• Strong communication skills
