Huhnseal AB is a Swedish company that develops and manufactures mechanical seals for the modern process industry. At the site in Landskrona, sealing solutions are designed, tested and manufactured for the global market. Our customers are found in a wide range of businesses such as pulp & paper, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, mining, general process and in the offshore industry. Huhnseal AB has a long tradition and experience of manufacturing customer specific solutions for the OEM Market.
Huhnseal AB is in an expanding phase and is seeking for an Operations Manager based in our headquarter in Landskrona. You will lead all aspects of manufacturing, assembly, warehousing and distribution on two sites, in Sweden and Germany, in the production process of mechanical seals for global OEM's. Ensuring a lean and efficient manufacturing team delivers results in line with production plans and budget. You will hold a key role in the organisation, be a member of the Huhnseal Management Team and report to the CEO. The main responsibilities are:
• Leading the manufacturing teams and support the line managers in the assembly, production, warehouse and purchase departments.
• Initiate and lead improvement processes across the manufacturing, assembly, warehousing and logistics.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, planning and audits.
• Work closely with the Engineering department, Supply Chain and Customer Services to ensure production demand is achieved smoothly, cost effectively and on time.
• Management and recruitment of staff across departments.
• Ensure all manufacturing equipment is maintained to the highest level.
• Responsible for Health and Safety across manufacturing.
The successful candidate will have a manufacturing business background in the fields of Mechanical- or Electro-Mechanical. Experience from various Management positions is seen as a merit as well as experience from Continuous Improvements and Change Management. Furthermore, you will have relevant university degree, you are fluent in Swedish and English, and possess high communication skills.

We offer a permanent position, based in Landskrona, with startup according to agreement. The position requires some travel.
