hela Sverige As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a large team handling all aspects of delivering an outstanding service: new deployments, upgrades, 24/7 operations of both services and infrastructure. Future projects, capacity planning and coordinating service requests and incidents also lies within this role. The Operations Manager plans and coordinates the Operations Teams which will be situated in several geographical regions.
Main responsibilities
Management and coordination of the Operations Teams (in several regions).
Overall operational responsibility of all services delivered.
Capacity planning.
Proactive work, Problem Management and Root Cause Analyses.
Processes owner and processes developer for Service Operations- and Managed Services Processes.
Interface towards internal and external stakeholders.
Follow-up on service- and delivery acceptance.
For this position, the following requirements apply:
PhD or Master's Degree with excellent grades.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Experience from a leadership role.
Experience from Operational Management.
Customer Service Mindset.
Process oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proven communication and social skills, you like to work with people.
Ability to travel.
Assets
In addition, we consider it an asset if you also have:
Previous experience in Cloud Operations.
Fluency in other languages than those mentioned above (please tell us which languages).
A background in, or experience from, a country other than Sweden.
