Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for an Operations Finance Manager for our Robotics Manufacturing Site in Västerås, Sweden - part of our global Product Delivery Platform. In this role, you will lead a team of five controllers and report directly to the Global Operations Finance Manager and collaborate closely with Robotics Operations in Sweden. You will act as a trusted business partner to factory leadership and have the opportunity to influence both strategic decisions and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities in the role:
Lead the finance function for the Västerås manufacturing site, ensuring high-quality reporting, analysis, and business insights.
Act as a business partner to factory and operations leadership, supporting effective decision-making through financial monitoring and interpretation.
Drive financial performance optimization through cost control, productivity initiatives, product costing and profitability analysis, variance analysis, and inventory management.
Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with global Robotics targets.
Support and challenge the business in strategic projects, capital allocation, and business cases.
Ensure the quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.

Qualifications
M.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in finance/controlling, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance and controlling as well as a solid understanding of financial closing, reporting, and forecasting processes.
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills - with ability to adapt between a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term performance and long-term vision with a high level of initiative, energy, and optimism in driving performance improvements.
Experience in leading or mentoring finance professionals.
Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
