As an Operation Developer you will join our inspiring and innovative team within Parts & Service division. This role will be part of the "Global Engineering and Parts preparation & pricing" team where your colleagues are representatives at each hub around the world.

Your Mission
This role is required to run activities and projects connected to our function Parts & Services Division (PSD). You must therefore enjoy working in environment that are cross functional and cross divisional. As an operation developer you are managing projects with a new way of thinking and most importantly inspire others to dare themselves to try new ways.
The mission is to take areas of interest and form it into a clear task by creating cross functional and cross divisional teams, road maps, involving all key stakeholder through our different divisions and our customer. You will run projects that will find better ways and improvements for our customer and at the same make our business growing. It is a lot of technical projects, and they will be managed as an end-to-end approach containing analysis of value streams and business opportunities, road map creation, activity breakdown and implementation.
Some of your main tasks will be:
* Formulate business cases including the road maps, objectives, plans & budget for the complete project
* Run projects globally and cross functional over divisions and councils
* Evaluate potential improvements and efficiency initiatives and run process implementation and updates globally
* Achieve the project goals and ideas ensuring that deliverables are made according to plan.
* Present status reports and prepare for outcomes.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we would like to see that you have established skills in project management. We believe that you have great strategic and analytical skills and with your positive approach to new ways of thinking you can accomplish great results.
As an operations developer you see and take actions on improvements and make them into actual operational tasks. The projects you are responsible for is going to be successful by your natural way of being organize and structure, working in a dynamic environment. As a part of a global team and network of contacts, excellent verbal and written English skills are very important.
When it comes to your personal skills, we know that those are important for our next operations developer. We would like you to be a team player with the desire to contribute and learning new things. You are willing to manage new and exciting projects and know how to manage them from start to end.
Your communications- and collaboration skills are good, and you enjoy running projects with colleagues from different divisions, roles and counties and the challenges that comes with that as well.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required
