BNEW SAN Lab Operations is a unit in Business Area Networks. The purpose of Lab Operations is to provide world class lab infrastructure, networks and HW Services to the R&D organizations. Through our standardized solutions and services, we enable our users to configure and deploy (remotely where possible) their design and test environment. Lab Operations provide global service deliveries from Operations sites in China, Kista, Rosersberg, Linköping and Regional Labs globally. Our Mission: Engineering environment for outstanding R&D efficiency & Competitive Lab Operations
We provide engineering IT and test environments supporting to more than 23 000 R&D engineers, we operate ~52000 square meters of labs in ~18 cities. We work continuously to drive operational efficiency and technology leadership within our area and are now evolving our organization. We are therefore posting new positions in our new Leadership Team.
Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for the Global Front office 24/7 operations in Rosersberg. You need to think and act quickly as sometimes things are urgent and happens unexpectedly. At the same time implementing and delivering new services, same as crafting new ways of working is also key for future success.

Front office, which is a part of Stockholm Site Operations. You will be reporting to the Lab Operations support Manager.
You will work in close cooperation with Linköping Front Office to secure alignment and cooperation.
Responsibilities & Tasks
The key responsibilities are accountability for Front office operations in Lab Operations in Rosersberg. It includes ensuring operations, focus on alignment and continuous improvements are key.
Front Office provides technical support to users having their test equipment and systems in Rosersberg. Acts as first contact in an event of outage or incidents. SA Lab Operations are continuing to move into aligned ways of working and deploying standardized Hardware services and it is key to continue to support continued acceleration of this.

You will report to the Manager of Stockholm Operations Support.
Competence
Previous experience working in a leading role for a Front Office or Help Desk is an advantage
People Leadership skills
Experience from working within a service organization is preferred
Knowledge in IT products, solutions and Network architecture
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
Excellent English language skills
