Responsibilities
As an Operation Excellence Engineer you will be responsible for the implementation of Group processes for Operational Excellence and for the Performance Management System at SNP. You are the one who will be ensuring compliance to WANO Performance Objectives and Criteria regarding Performance Management.
You will also be monitoring the international standards of Nuclear Performance Management as well as systematic monitoring of SNP and its assets. This also includes preparing and monitoring SNP Performance Management Dialogie activities within SNP and within Uniper. You will prepare necessary Performance Management documentation for Managing Director and Management Team for meetings and reporting to Uniper Group.
Other tasks include analyzing status and trends, initiate development actions and follow up both at SNP as well at its assets, performance and action reporting as well as being competence center at SNP and supply training.
You will report to Manager of Operations and be part of the Operational Excellence network within Nuclear at the different sites.This role is based in Malmoe.
Qualifications
You have a Master of Science or a University degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
Experience in Perfomance Management and Performance Management Tools (LEAN, Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard etc)
Experience of nuclear plant operations
High level of commercial awareness
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
