A Snapshot of Your Day
The CDE (core development engineering) project management office drives medium and major R&D projects. We are now about to develop our work with Planview AdaptiveWork (OnePM) and are looking for a person to join the business development team as a Implementer & Key User!
Planview AdaptiveWork (OnePM) will be the major tool for project steering, planning and resource capacity management in the Siemens Energy R&D departments.In your role, you will establish adaption to, way of working with and offer support to users of Planview. You will also support in project planning, coordinate resource pool and evolve the system in Siemens Energy team across the globe.
In the role there is also a goal to grow into Pipeline Manager. As a Pipeline Manager you run resource analyses and identifies bottlenecks, takes actions to optimize resources and balance projects in time. A part of the role will also be to governance fulfillment and identify turning points at risk and delays.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Implement a new project tool in Siemens Energy R&D
* Support project managers and line managers in their project work
* Be part of the Planview global governance team
* Evolve way of working with Planview
What You Bring
* You have experience in software implementation or software development projects
* You are skilled with software and applications, experience of Planview applications or similar is an asset.
* You have good interpersonal skills
* You are driven, solution oriented and flexible
* Good English language skills are required. Swedish language skills are an asset
About the Team
The R&D PMO group consists of highly skilled and committed R&D project managers and planners. The main responsibility is to effectively execute PDP medium and major R&D projects within the set cost, time and scope/quality limitations.
