hela Sverige We are now looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to our client, based in Östermalm, Stockholm. The role requires a proactive mindset, a sense of details and ability to cope with fast pace and varying tasks. The assignment will start immediately and initially run for 1 year!
About the role
As an Office Coordinator you will assist in the setup of the office, buying office supplies, set up meetings, identify potential vendors for various purchasing needs, assist with phone calls to suppliers and vendors in Swedish, drive management staff to meetings and attend those meetings to assist with clarifications between Swedish/English.
In the role of Office Coordinator the main tasks will include:
• Assist in the setup of the office
• Purchase office supplies
• Attend meetings
• Drive management staff to meetings
• Receive deliveries and manage the contact with suppliers.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and high energy candidate. You thrive on interacting with people and understanding their needs in order to continuously improve the office environment for increased productivity. You are independent but also strong team worker. Knowledge of construction industry is a plus as well experience living abroad.
Furthermore, we see that you are prestigeless and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help out wherever needed.
Important for the role:
• Fluently in English and Swedish
• Licensed to drive
• Enthusiastic, hard working, and high energy
• Teamplayer
• Proficiency in Microsoft office.

For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant by Adecco. The assignment will start immediately and initially run for 1 year.
