hela Sverige Teleopti - A Calabrio Company - is now on the lookout for new star to support our International team. As our new Office Coordinator, you have a special interest in service and thrives on working with people and with a variety of tasks.
About the job
• Reception & Office coordination
This includes taking care of our guests, making sure there are office supplies available, ordering furniture, keeping contact with landlords, cleaning companies, suppliers and vendors (hotel, travel agencies, conference and more). As our office's first point of contact you also handle the incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls.
• Kitchens & office environment
We are keen and proud of having a nice environment and therefore we need someone to tend to our kitchens and make sure they are nice and tidy, filling coffee machines, seeing to fruits and snacks, Waffle Wednesdays, "fika", and after work. It's also important to tend to the conference rooms and other office environment related tasks.
• Administration
This includes being responsible for and managing the agreements for travel, hotel, mail, delivery, archive handling and other administration.
About you
You have experience from a similar position (reception/office coordinator). You have at least a high school education. You need to have good language skills in Swedish and English. Our ideal candidate will be a person who likes to be close to the action, thriving on helping others, organizing and getting things done. You can handle a wide variety of tasks, communicating well with different stakeholders and always with a smile on your face.
