Do you want to become a key player in the transition to the Digital Workplace for the Essity users?
We are looking for an O365 Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.
The O365 Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
This position is part of a global team of 8 persons and can be located in any of our Essity offices but preferably in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Main Tasks
Respond to customer queries (3rd line) in a timely and accurate way
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Monitoring of the Service Desk queue for the team
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
initiatives to drive changes in relation to service levels
Identifying improvement areas and share with the team
Establishing good relationships with business users in all levels and within the Essity IT community
Key Competencies
Proven success in contributing to a multi geographic team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Experience in Exchange Online, Skype and in the administration of O365
Experience in troubleshooting
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
Fluent in English
