About the role:

You will be working in team which is taking care of customer service for TUI, the world 's largest travel agency. You will be in contact with Norwegian speaking customers through phone and e-mail. It will involve helping customers for example with questions regarding their travels and bookings. You will be working office hours Mon-Fri, some job shift on Saturday may occur.
Maybe you are looking for your first job, maybe you already have experience? Either way, we 'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for a person who:

* Is customer service oriented
* Is able to collaborate and values teamwork
* Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian
* Is 18 years old and has finished high school.
* You don 't need previous experience but if you have been working in similar role before it 's a plus.
