About Nordbutiker:
Nordbutiker is one of Scandinavia's largest online retailers specializing in light electric vehicles. We are a Swedish company situated in Norrtälje, Sweden (45 mins North of Stockholm) and we currently have operations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Since starting up in 2006 we have grown from being a one-man start-up operating out of a garage to becoming a multinational corporation that now employs approximately 30 employees.
Our business is mainly focused on importing and selling goods through our own privately-owned web shops. The company currently owns and runs approximately ten different web shops which are focused on different niched product groups. The product range spans all the way from electric scooters, hoverboards, electric bicycles and mobility scooters to exercise equipment and baby monitors.
We are currently in the middle of an expansion phase where we are investing in further development of our web shops in Norway, Finland and Denmark. Because of this expansion we are currently looking for new enthusiastic team members who speak Norwegian, Finnish or Danish. You will initially be a part of our expanding team of 10-12 customer service agents working from our office in Norrtälje, Sweden. Your main tasks are answering inbound phone calls and e-mails from our Norwegian customers, providing them with both sales assistance and excellent after-sales support. For candidates with experience of working with social media, graphic design and/or Google Ads there will be opportunities to work with those kinds of tasks too. Working hours are primarily normal office hours.
The Customer Service Agent's responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for dealing with all aspects of the customer ordering experience, dealing with enquiries both verbally and through email.
• Working with different ordering and communication channels, taking calls from customers, processing orders.
• Providing after-sales service for our customers.
• Working on individual tasks to complete the team's daily workload.
• Assisting in further developing our marketing and sales channels in the Norwegian market.
For the right individual there will be advancement opportunities at Nordbutiker. If you are interested and show ambition, you will have the opportunity to develop into a Country Manager with a greater responsibility over our presence in the Norwegian market.

No previous knowledge of our product range is required as you will receive an introduction with training when starting the job.
Position Requirements:
• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
• Some customer service experience would be preferable.
• Sales experience is preferable.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• An ambitious mindset; constantly striving to improve yourself and those around you.
