As a Collection Agent, you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have missed one or more payments. Our mission is to find the right solution together with the customer and to communicate this in a open, helpful and engaging tone. You will talk a lot on the phone, you need to be fast and secure in making the right decisions and you are not afraid to take own initiative. Also, you need to have strong communication skills and you are fluent in or have knowledge about the Norwegian language.

At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our department. It's a plus if you have previous experience from customer service or call centers.
