One of our employees has taken the next step in her career development within the company we are now looking for a new team member to replace her in her former role!
As Nordic Supply Chain Coordinator you will be working closely with the Nordic Supply Chain Manager and lead all front office functions, in total app 15 employees, within the Supply Chain. In this position you will interact both with our production plants in within EMEA, EMEA HQ in Italy, the local Nordic organization and our Nordic Trade Partners. As a manager you will work with your team to develop the individuals as well as the processes in the function!
We are looking for someone who has:
• Proven ability to communicate and understand processes of different stakeholders such as manufacturing plants and customers
• Previous experience of leading and coaching direct reports
• Ability to translate general strategies and Profit plan targets to prioritization of daily activities
• Previous work experience from at least 2 different streams/parts of Supply Chain
• Previous experience of working with international logistics
• Business acumen and ability to analysis and translate data, identifying critical KPI?s and processes
• University degree within Logistics/Supply Chain or similar area
To be successful in this role you need to be driven, enjoy both independent as well as team work and be motivated by continues change management. You will have an advantage if you have previous experience from forecasting and logistics, project management and hands on experience in SAP.
Basic knowledge in Excel (use of basic formulas and Pivots) and Power point, as well as fluency in English & Swedish, Danish or Norwegian is a requirement.
The position will require travels within the EMEA region.
